DNH Loudspeakers DSP-15EExmNL(T)


The DNH DSP-15EExmNL(T) is a 25 watt long flare re-entrant horn loudspeaker, manufactured from non-corroding, UV stable, anti-static black plastic, and is suitable for installation in zone 1/21 hazardous areas.

The standard version is available in gas group IIB with gas group IIC available on request.

With a maximum sound pressure level of 121dB(A), this robust, lightweight loudspeaker is weatherproof to IP66/67 and features dual M20 gland entries and a large termination chamber fitted with fast installation loop in/loop out terminal blocks for ease of installation. A six step transformer is fitted to the line voltage models that allows adjustment of sound output by altering the power consumption.

This product is available with either stainless steel or plastic mounting bracket.

The DSP-15EEx range carries both gas (G) and dust (D) certification, and in addition to European ATEX certification, is also IECEx approved and approved in North America, Brazil, China and Russia, making this one of the most versatile hazardous area product that DNH manufacture.

Typical applications are offshore and onshore oil and gas production facilities, chemical manufacture, refineries, fuel stores, painting facilities, ammunition stores etc.

This loudspeaker is available in the following standard versions:

DSP-15EExmNL low impedance (8 ohm or 20 ohm)
DSP-15EExmNLT line voltage transformer (100V)
