Powerful cooling is often required in many different industrial and scientific applications in order to remove the mechanical or electrical heat produced in equipment. The Grant Instruments RC Series High Precision Recirculating Chillers are perfect for these applications.

In the days before water became an expensive commodity, it was tap water that was often used as a source of powerful and high pressure cooling. The difference between tap water and the RC Series Chillers are that the RC Series Chillers provide a constant flow at an exact and repeatable temperature. They can also operate at temperatures as low as -10degC. The RC Chiller Series removes the use of mains water and also minimises scaling and corrosion of the equipment that is being cooled. In addition, alarms will warn the operator of any temperature or flow changes.

There are four different models of RC Series High Precision Recirculating Chillers available. Each model includes a temperature control unit, small reservoir, refrigeration unit and circulating pump all housed in a single outer case.

The RC Series High Precision Recirculating Chiller range is suitable for both open and closed loop circulation.
