The Met One Liquid Particle Counting System, the HIAC 8011+, is the culmination of over 30 years of particle counting expertise. Designed for ease of use, in under 60 seconds its user friendly one button sampling yields results. The sample management system ensures accurate data, consistent and is capable of testing fluids from 1cSt to 425cSt without any dilution. The benchmark in industrial liquid particle counting, the H1AC is the brand you know and trust for immediate and accurate particle counting.
The common sampling activity method uses advanced instrument diagnostics with highly recommended actions for users. The Intelligent onscreen prompts uninterrupted alerts on the particle settling and run-to-run variances making the HIAC very proficient. HRLD Smart Sensor alerts for service and calibration on the highly efficient Sample management system ensures consistent and accurate data.
The pressurised sample delivery reduces the impact of bubbles. Integrated Vacuum/Degas functionality in the HIAC streamlines sample handling for increased accuracy while its automated sample flow for delivering its precision data that is easy to input with fewer steps and increased throughput. Its one button sampling delivers results in under 60 secs. It is capable of quickly loading up to 20 custom test recipes while you can sets up your own sampling recipe in less than 5 steps
Stop wasting time diluting samples the HIAC 8011+ Liquid Particle Counting System requires no dilution for high viscosity fluids (<425cSt).
There is no requirement for the cleaning of the instrument, the H1AC has an automated cleaning and flushing routine. It is equipped with sensor contamination alarm that informs in advance to ensure you clean prior in order not to waste samples and thereby delivering bad data.
