The Analox Aspida CO2 and O2 Portable Alarm is a truly personal alarm, dedicated to protecting workers from the dangers
of elevated carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen (O2) depletion.
Aspida is the Greek word meaning shield. Available as a dual CO2/O2 alarm or
as a single gas variant, the Aspida is supplied with the
usual features including a vibration alarm, audio/visual alarms, Time Weighted
Average (TWA) and a highly visible display.
The Analox Aspida CO2 and O2 Portable Alarm is supplied in a durable and water resistant enclosure.
A special feature of the Analox Aspida is the intelligent software. The user of the portable alarm won't need to worry about when the Aspida needs scheduled maintenance. The Aspida's software will tell the user what requires maintenance and when it is needed, helping ensure optimum performance. The Analox Aspida also allows 2 employees to share the unit, making it perfect for 24/7 split shift patterns.
The Analox Aspida CO2 and O2 Portable Alarm also includes a mandown/panic alarm. A loud (110dB) alarm will sound in the event of a user collapsing, or alternatively a user can sound the alarm manually in a panic situation.
