The Analox EII CO Carbon Monoxide Analyser has been invented due to a number of incidents involving carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning in sport diving. This prompted Analox to produce an analyser for the sport diving industry that analysers CO.
Benefits of the EII CO:
The Analox EII CO Carbon Monoxide Analyser allows the user to check for CO contamination in their own gas accurately, before they dive. The analyser has been specially designed for sports drivers.
The analyser is portable, which means that the Analox EII CO Carbon Monoxide Analyser can be transported easily with any other kit.
Alternative ways have been investigated by Analox for the user to perform a "bump test". Section 3.2.2 of the EII CO manual now details a 'breath bump test'.
