Zareba Vertex M Hazardous Gas Monitor
Vertex M by Zareba is a continuous hazardous gas monitoring unit capable of monitoring up to 24 points using 3 analysers in a small yet unique footprint.
The Vertex M in an inexpensive and economically cost effective monitoring unit with sampling points that can be taken up to 400 feet (121m) from the monitor and routed to more than one analyser.
The rack comes completely installed ready for easy in-field expansion up to 24 points. Integrated into it is also a back-up of the pump and power supplies. The data acquisition center is complete with two hot swappable 60 gigabyte hard drives. Built in read/write CD with an extremely high speed modem, touch keypad for easy access and furthermore an LCD Touch monitor. Using surface wave technology the Vertex M has 1024 x 768 resolution with an added advantage of an antiglare surface.
The 8-point Chemcassette analysers are universal easy to configure and can be done so on site.
Each 8-point Pyrolyzer analyser for NF3 takes the space of two universal analysers.
Maximum number of Pyrolyzers in one rack is one (1).
Optional communication capabilities include LonWorks, DeviceNet, Profibus, ControlNet, Modbus Plus, DF1 interface which is configurable for RS 485, RS 422 or RS 232, and isolated 4-20mA.

Sample Tubing
0235-0157 Tubing, FEP Teflon 0.156" I.D.x 0.250" O.D. - 400 ft roll (121m)
Standard tubing for Vertex M sample lines. The FEP Teflon (medium wall) tubing is less prone to kinking
when turning a corner. The smaller I.D. means improved transport time over thin wall tubing
102628 Tubing, FEP Teflon 0.190" I.D. x 0.250" O.D - 400 ft roll (121m) Alternate tubing for VertexTM samples lines.
Used with Vertex M where longer sample line length for multiple analysers are required. Consult the
transport time chart in the VertexTM Technical Handbook for additional information
