The FIG234, produced by Gresswell Valves, is a range of brass block relief valves that are typically deployed to prevent safe pressures being exceeded in pressurised systems.

The valve lift is proportional to the system over pressure. The FIG234 is commonly used for air, oil, gases and steam, where high discharge rates are not required in thermal and pipeline relief applications.

Size Range:

  DN08 TO DN20 (1/4" TO ¾")

Pressure Range:

  0.5 BAR.G (0.9 PSI) TO 50.0 BAR.G (725 PSI)

Pipe Connections:

  Available male inlet x screwed female outlet (BSP, BSPT, NPT)

Testing:

All Gresswell Relief Valves are given a hydraulic seat tightness test before leaving the factory and all valves are supplied pre-set. Special tests or witness testing can be arranged at extra cost.
