The Zone Forestry and Amenity headband and helmet mount ear defenders provide an even and comfortable cushion pressure due to their twin stirrup design and optimised clamping force. A quick slide size adjustment mechanism allows the headband style to fit multiple head sizes whilst a comfortable foam pad sits on the heads crown to ensure temptation to remove is reduced. The helmet mounted versions can be placed in airing or rest positions and feature a low profile, twin stirrup design for reduced snagging in thick undergrowth and consistent noise blocking performance.

APPLICATIONS

The Forestry and Amenity models offer two levels of attenuation, Zone 1 and Zone 2 in the required aesthetics and optimised protection levels for workers in this industry. Suitable for chain sawing, chipping, brush/hedge cutting and mowing.

MAINTENANCE

Zone earmuffs should be inspected prior to use for deterioration or damage and if found to be defective they should be replaced. Regular washing with warm water and mild soap is all that is required to prevent the buildup of dirt, dust and skin particles. Prior to washing, the cushions and foam liners should be removed. The use of solvents and harsh abrasives is not recommended. Replacement cushions and acoustic foam available to maintain performance.
