Applications

The IM914 carrier system is suitable for general use in industry for protection of the eyes and face when used with the Protector Tuffmaster I or similar styles of helmet. The IM914 can also be used in high temperature or chemical environments. The IM914 has been designed to meet the requirements of EN166 for impact, liquid splash and molten metal splash. The exact approval specification is dependent on the face shield material specified.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Carrier system should be inspected for deterioration or damage before each use. If the carrier system is damaged it should be discarded. Clean regularly using warm water and a mild detergent, pat or air dry.

Disposal

As the carrier system and its components are subject to dirt, dust and liquids etc., they cannot be recycled. Disassemble and dispose of as solid waste.
